Residential Manager Qualifications: Health care experience preferred (interest a must) Caring and compassionate personality Valid California Driver's License Good driving record Ability to learn Valid Red Cross First Aid Card Ability to direct staff Higher levels of problem solving Independent functioning Ability to coordinate and encompass the whole client into a workable program Persistence and determination to follow a client's goals through to completion.

Skills needed: Good interpersonal skills Efficiency and timeliness Ability to follow directions well Thoroughness with task completion Duties: Monitor client behavior and safety Follow through with designated treatment objectives under the direction of the Registered Occupational Therapist including but not limited to: self care, household chores, cooking, exercise groups, community mobility and living skills, consumer awareness, safety, budgeting classes, leisure groups. Driving clients to scheduled appointments Communicate client needs to designated contacts Transfer clients into and from vehicles safely when required Respond to client emergencies Other duties as required
